I am a person centred counsellor, located in beautiful rooms in the centre of the old town of Lewes, Sussex.

I work in person with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, grief, loss and trauma. It takes a lot to reach out for help especially if you are feeling vulnerable or particularly low. Counselling is essentially two human beings sitting together in a room talking about personal, intimate and sometimes distressing thoughts, feelings and experiences. The framework’s values and principles (respect, integrity, confidentiality, accountability) create a structure around the private space in which counselling takes place – the step into it should feel safe and secure.
